We are two instructors based on Shire Hill in Saffron Walden; since 2020 we have offered fun fitness classes for women across the week from our beautiful studio space and in February 2026 we were WINNERS in the Health, Beauty & Wellbeing category at the Uttlesford Business Awards!

Neon Parties
At FitGlow Studio, we are able to host parties for a maximum of 20 children aged 4yrs+.When you book with us, Jen will be there to lead the dancing and party games.
Jen is DBS-checked and very experienced at working with children.Our studio space is decorated with disco, fairy and UV lights. Behind the partition wall, we have 2 sofas, 1 table and seating for up to 20 people; an island on wheels with 4 stools plus a fridge, 2 kettles and tea/coffee making facilities.There is a Fire Exit at the back of the room; the toilets and a shared kitchen are along the corridor and through the door at the end.We very much adapt the activities based on what the birthday child would like to do, for example:Dance routines to their favourite songs.

Our Neon Parties are £140 an hour60minute party = £210 (1.5 hour hire: 15mins set up, 60mins party, 15mins clean)
90 minute party = £350 (2.5 hour hire: 30mins set up, 90mins party, 30mins clean)
2 hour party = £420 (3 hour hire: 30mins set up, 120mins party, 30mins clean)T&Cs
During the party we kindly ask that you maintain responsibility for the safety and behaviour of everybody attending your party;
When they arrive, ensure that children are reminded to NOT touch the wall of mirrors;
Please bring your own bin liners and surface spray/cloths and take the rubbish and recycling with you.Payment:
· Full payment of the party to be made to confirm the booking.
· Any party cancelled up to 14 days before the date of your party will receive a full refund.
